Walking In Grace

“The most important thing is this: To be able, at any moment, to sacrifice what we are for what we could become.” Wow! This powerful quote from Charles Dubois impacted me so much when I read it. Doesn’t it just epitomize what Christian living is all about? When we accept Christ as our Savior, we are saved by grace. This has given us access to miracles operating in our life, to see the supernatural power of God move, and to walk in His divine ability to heal and restore whatever is broken in our lives. Anyone in Christ is a new creature in every way. We are transformed! “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith–and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God–not by works, so that no one can boast.” – Ephesians 2:8-9 (NIV) God’s gift of grace, given to us through Jesus’ death on the cross, frees us from the toil and struggle of the Old Covenant laws. There’s nothing we did or can do to earn God’s grace; it is a gift of love. All we have to do is receive it by faith! You have to be ready and willing to sacrifice what you are or how you’re living now to walk out God’s steps for your life. If you just step out in faith, you can completely trust that God’s grace will see you through any circumstance. God is love, and Jesus was the Father’s love in human form. His entire ministry on earth was about His love for us! Through Jesus, we are God’s handiwork....
Declaring Biblical Wealth

Declaring Biblical Wealth

God has opened my eyes and given me profound revelation in an area of my life and I just have to share it with you! What I’ve learned has the potential to greatly impact your life for the better, so listen closely. Now, don’t get nervous when I tell you the topic–get excited! It’s time to talk about finances. And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day. Deuteronomy 8:18 All too often, I receive phone calls and letters from folks in real financial desperation. Their messages are heartbreakingly common: “I’m just not making ends meet! My debts and bills are piling up and my income is trickling in–it’s destroying my life!” I know that when most of us want to be able to hang on to a little more money in our bank accounts, we start by trimming our spending and tightening our budgets. Still, cutting costs only goes so far! God did not create His people, you and me, to suffer. He created us to walk in power and authority, and to have dominion over our lives. Despite the amazing destiny God has in His heart for us, we convince ourselves that we are powerless to overcome and we settle for a version of “reality” full of suffering. However, when we refuse to give negative thoughts a foothold in our minds, surprising things happen! If you’re feeling a little skeptical, don’t worry! I understand! Maybe your circumstances have held you...

Spring Into A New Season!

Spring Into A New Season!

As the winter season concludes and a little bit of warmth returns to the air, I’m reminded of what an awesome God we serve who has a plan for every season. Spring is a time of growth, regeneration, and new beginnings. For many of us, this is the season of “Spring cleaning,” when we evaluate, prioritize, and organize our physical belongings to bring our home life back into harmony after winter’s many shut-in days. Friend, don’t miss something vitally important as you dust off forgotten domestic artifacts or change out your wardrobe. Just like you make time to clean up and restore order to your home, you must make time for getting your body, soul, and spirit back into alignment with God’s plan for your life! An extraordinary life is much more than having good health or receiving healing in your body.

Take back your life!

Take back your life!

I don’t know about you, but there are seasons in my life where I feel like there are not enough hours in the day to get everything done. It’s becoming pretty clear to me that the pace of life is not getting any slower, and I know that I’m not the only one who has to deal with elevated levels of stress. We’ve all said at one point or another that we wish there were just one (or ten) more hours in our day so that we can do what’s needed and enjoy some down time with those we love. But unfortunately, we can’t slow time down or add a single second to the day. Have you ever had days like this? You forget to set your alarm and then you sleep in, rush through getting ready, skip breakfast, get stuck in traffic, and end up five minutes late to work…To be able to bring change to this area of our life, let’s start with what we know we can affect, and that’s our ability to manage our time. When time is mishandled, we’re bound to incur stress. Life shouldn’t be about bouncing and ricocheting from one busy task to the next.  How amazing would it be, to be able to take a moment every now and then to simply decompress and relax and take a deep breath. “Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” – John 14:27 God has designed a beautiful life for you, one that doesn’t include stress, fear,...
